About this fabric
Woven in 100% linen, this colourway has the dry, natural look you expect from the fibre, with a subtle slub that gives the surface gentle movement rather than shine. The repeat is effectively none, with a vertical and horizontal repeat of 0cm approx, so the focus stays on the colour and weave. At 146cm approx wide, it is a practical cloth for a range of interior applications. Santal reads as a warm burnt orange with earthy red depth, making it feel richer and softer than a bright paprika shade.
How to use it
Use Nore Santal where you want a strong but earthy accent: it would bring warmth to tailored curtains, or add a confident, relaxed note to an armchair or occasional cushion. It pairs especially well with oat, tan, natural oak and muted bronze finishes.
