Nao Spice is a softly textured Remi fabric by Larsen, showing a pale ground scattered with tiny rust-coloured flecks. The overall effect is warm and airy, with the spice tone reading clearly without overpowering the cloth.

About this fabric
This colourway has a light cream-beige base threaded with small, evenly spaced marks in warm spice terracotta, giving the pattern a delicate, dotted rhythm across the surface. The composition is 40% Cotton, 25% Viscose, 22% Polyester, 11% Linen and 2% Polyamide, which helps explain the fabric’s dry, slightly nubby look and gentle textural variation. With a repeat of approximately V 4cm / H 7cm and a width of approximately 146cm, it is an easy scale for upholstery accents, cushions or tailored curtains. The colour sits in a muted earthy register rather than a bright orange, so it feels grounded and versatile. Care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code √BM are supplied for this fabric.
How to use it
Use Nao Spice where you want a subtle hit of warmth against oak, plaster, limestone or oatmeal upholstery. Its soft terracotta notes work especially well in schemes that need pattern without losing a calm, natural palette.
Pair with natural woods and warm neutrals to let the tiny woven accent marks stand out.

Pairs well with
A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Nao Spice without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.
Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
