About this fabric

From Larsen’s Remi collection, Ugi Brick is a fabric with a 146cm approximate width and a small repeat of 2cm vertically and horizontally, creating its tight, rhythmic grid. The composition blends 42% jute, 20% cotton, 19% viscose, 10% linen and 9% polyester, which helps explain the dry, organic handle suggested by the weave. Visually, the colourway combines warm brick, muted terracotta and pale natural highlights, so the pattern feels subtly variegated and slightly weathered. It has enough presence for upholstery, while the orderly texture also makes it suitable for curtains or other soft furnishings where you want depth without heaviness.

How to use it

Use Ugi Brick on a tailored armchair, bench or occasional sofa to add warmth without relying on a plain solid. It also works well with oak, aged brass and cream linens, where the earthy red-brown tone can anchor a calm scheme.

A warm brick tone that brings earthy depth to contemporary seating or relaxed curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
