About this fabric

From Larsen’s Kuba collection, Dan Hemp is a plain woven fabric with no repeat, measuring approximately 140cm wide. Its composition of 60% Cotton, 16% Polyester, 13% Viscose and 11% Linen gives the cloth a balanced, slightly textured handle that suits both seating and softer furnishings. In the swatch, the colour sits in a warm sandy beige range with a gentle golden undertone, so it feels calmer and less cold than a grey-based neutral. The weave is visible but restrained, adding just enough surface interest to keep the fabric from looking flat. With fire code √BM and care code Q 8 < T 3, it is a practical neutral for a considered interior scheme.

How to use it

Use Dan Hemp on a tailored armchair, bench seat or loose cover where the warm beige tone can soften timber and stone. It also pairs well with deeper earth colours, especially olive, tobacco and muted terracotta.

A soft, versatile neutral that works beautifully on upholstery or relaxed curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
