Kobe Sand

Kyoto FabricL9439-03

Kobe Sand shows the Kyoto design in a soft sand-beige palette, with a gently repeating geometric motif that reads light and airy across the surface. The pattern has a woven, slightly textural look that keeps the colourway calm rather than flat.

About this fabric

This Larsen fabric is composed of 36% viscose, 32% polyester, 20% cotton and 12% linen, giving the surface a soft handle and a subtle textile grain. At approximately 124cm wide, Kobe Sand is a versatile cloth for both upholstery and drapery, and the repeat measures V 29cm / H 42cm approx. The pattern appears as pale overlapping arches in a warm beige tone, with just enough contrast to define the motif while still feeling restrained and refined. The overall effect is sun-washed and neutral, with the design sitting quietly into the background rather than shouting for attention.

How to use it

Use Kobe Sand to soften tailored seating, roman blinds or relaxed curtains where a warm neutral is needed. Its muted sand tone pairs neatly with oak, chalk white and other layered naturals.

A warm neutral with a calm, tailored feel for refined upholstery or curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
