Kochi FabricL9425-04

Wabi Sand is a softly sunlit neutral with a calm, woven look and a gently textured surface. Its warm beige tone reads natural and grounded, with subtle speckling that keeps the cloth from feeling flat.

About this fabric

Wabi Sand from Larsen’s Kochi collection is a plain fabric with no visible repeat, shown here in a warm sand-beige tone that sits between oat and light caramel. The 53% linen blend gives the surface its dry, lightly slubby character, while cotton and viscose soften the handle and add a muted, low-sheen finish. At approximately 140cm wide, it is a practical cloth for schemes that want an honest woven feel rather than a polished or glossy look. The small irregular flecks and tonal movement visible in the weave give this colourway a natural, relaxed depth.

How to use it

Use Wabi Sand on relaxed upholstery, loose covers, or simple curtains where the warm beige can soften timber, plaster, and stone. It works especially well in calm, earthy rooms that need a light neutral with a little texture and warmth.

An easy neutral with a gently slubby surface that brings warmth without heaviness.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
