About this fabric

This Longwood fabric from Larsen is composed of 70% cotton and 30% polyester, with an approximate width of 316cm and a repeat of V 32cm / H 44cm. The swatch shows a soft sand ground lifted by a subtle cream-on-cream floral motif, giving the cloth a light, almost washed appearance. Its surface has a gentle woven texture that catches the light softly, while the pattern sits low-contrast and relaxed. With care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code Z, it is presented as a practical decorative textile with a refined, understated finish.

How to use it

Use Canopy Sand for full-length curtains where you want the pattern to read like texture from across the room. Its warm neutral tone works especially well with pale oak, limestone and muted plaster shades.

A warm, airy neutral that softens the room without feeling stark.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Canopy Sand without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
