Caractre Wallcovering Cypress

Caractre Wallcovering Cypress has a muted olive-green ground with a softly weathered, painterly appearance. Broad cloudy bands and fine horizontal texture give the surface gentle movement without a defined repeat.

About this wallpaper

The Cypress colourway reads as a cool, greyed olive rather than a bright green, with pale mineral highlights breaking through deeper mossy areas. Its broad, blurred bands create an abstract landscape effect, while the fine striations visible across the surface add a tactile, brushed impression. As a wallpaper, it brings layered depth to the wall while retaining a calm, low-contrast character. The uneven tonal shifts are especially apparent where lighter passages sit beside smoky olive shadows.

How to use it

Pair this muted cypress olive with warm timber, chalky neutrals and aged metal to draw out its softly atmospheric depth. Use it across a full wall where the broad cloudy movement can be appreciated.

Use this softly atmospheric olive wallpaper to bring depth and a quietly sophisticated mood to walls.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Caractre Wallcovering Cypress without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
