Guilin Bronze

Dvvweaves Fabric

Guilin Bronze brings a burnished, shadowed character to the room shown, with bronze-brown patterning set against deep charcoal and umber tones. The fabric is seen covering a sculptural folding screen, where its irregular surface catches the light unevenly.

About this fabric

The colourway combines warm bronze, tobacco brown and near-black accents in a dense, organic pattern that resembles layered bark or liquid mineral deposits. Its substantial-looking surface and pronounced tonal variation give the screen a deeply tactile, upholstered presence rather than a flat printed appearance. In brighter areas, the bronze lifts into coppery highlights; in the recesses, it settles into rich brown-black depth. No composition, width or performance specification has been supplied for this fabric.

How to use it

Use Guilin Bronze for a statement chair, screen or occasional upholstered piece in a room with dark timber, aged brass and warm neutral walls. Its earthy bronze depth is particularly effective where directional light can reveal the variation across the pattern.

Use this deep bronze colourway on statement upholstery, where its dark, irregular pattern can anchor warm wood and softly lit interiors.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
