Lux Lapis
Runway Featuring Rene Gruau Fabric
Lux Lapis brings a cool, saturated lapis-blue ground to a finely drawn vertical chevron weave. Charcoal-black lines break the pattern into closely spaced herringbone columns, giving the surface a crisp, graphic rhythm.

About this fabric
The lapis-blue tone reads deep and clear, while the charcoal detailing gives the colourway added depth without softening its cool character. Fine diagonal lines repeat in narrow vertical columns, creating a compact geometric texture that catches the light subtly across the weave. The close pattern has a precise, tailored appearance rather than a loose or organic one. No composition, width, usage or rub-test specifications were supplied for this fabric.
How to use it
Pair Lux Lapis with pale grey, chalk white or smoky blue to keep its cool, graphic quality clear. It can bring disciplined vertical movement to a tailored chair, headboard or full-length curtain.
Use the cool lapis ground and charcoal chevrons to add crisp graphic structure to upholstery or curtains.

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Lux Lapis without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
