Lux Jet

Runway Featuring Rene Gruau Fabric

Lux Jet presents a crisp monochrome interpretation of the Runway Featuring Rene Gruau design. Fine light-grey chevrons stack into narrow vertical columns against a deep charcoal-black ground, creating a graphic, directional surface.

About this fabric

The close-set pattern is built from repeated V-shaped marks, with slim white-grey lines tracing each chevron and revealing the dark ground between them. Its tightly woven appearance reads as structured rather than soft or fluid, making this a versatile choice for upholstery and drapery. The near-black base gives the colourway a cool, inky depth, while the lighter lines add definition without introducing a bright contrast. No composition, width, rub test or performance features are supplied for this fabric.

How to use it

Use Lux Jet to sharpen a contemporary chair, headboard or bench with its vertical chevron rhythm, or carry the pattern into tailored curtains where the charcoal ground can temper pale walls and lighter timber.

The monochrome chevron weave brings tailored rhythm to contemporary upholstery, cushions or structured window treatments.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
