Raffles Spot 2
Decadence FabricRAFFLESCOL2
Raffles Spot 2 combines a near-black charcoal upper field with a pale silver-grey lower section, creating a pronounced tonal fade across its woven surface. A repeating rounded spot lattice gives the monochrome colourway its distinctive graphic rhythm.

About this fabric
The pattern shifts visibly from dense, dark charcoal at the top of the swatch to lighter silver grey below, so the design has more depth than a uniform black-and-grey fabric. Rounded spots are enclosed by a close geometric lattice, with slightly irregular woven edges that soften the precision of the repeat. Light catches the lower section more readily, revealing a brighter, textured surface, while the upper area reads deep and shadowed. With its substantial-looking woven appearance and strong tonal contrast, this colourway is particularly suited to upholstery where the pattern can be seen across a larger form.
How to use it
Use the charcoal end to anchor a statement chair or sofa, or orient the silver section outward for a lighter look. Pair it with blackened metal, pale stone and cool grey furnishings to reinforce its crisp monochrome character.
The charcoal-to-silver tonal fade and rounded lattice bring graphic depth to upholstered seating.

Pairs well with
A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Raffles Spot 2 without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
