About this fabric

Curico Olive from Ashley Wilde’s Eden Collection is a drapes-only fabric woven in 80% recycled polyester and 20% polyester. At 140cm wide, with a 22.5cm vertical repeat and 23.5cm horizontal repeat, the design presents a conversational, large-scale surface that reads almost weathered from a distance. The olive motif is subdued rather than bright, allowing the warmer brown base to show through the weave and giving the cloth a natural, slightly antique finish. Its 343 grams per linear metre weight helps the fabric hang with substance, while the 245 gsm construction keeps the surface looking refined rather than heavy. Made in India, it is well suited to window dressing where the muted green tone can soften daylight without feeling vivid.

How to use it

Use it for statement curtains in rooms with oak, aged brass, or leather finishes, where the olive ground will feel calm and tailored. It also works well in schemes that need pattern, but in a restrained, earthy register rather than a high-contrast one.
