Portland Pebble presents a pale, cool pebble-grey ground with rows of softly contrasting damask medallions. Its fine woven surface gives the pattern a gently softened, textile-led appearance rather than a stark printed effect.

About this fabric

The 68% polyester and 32% cotton construction has a subtle woven texture, visible across the light grey ground and the slightly deeper grey motifs. Repeating ornamental medallions measure 19.41 cm vertically and 8.91 cm horizontally, creating a neat medium-scale rhythm. At 137.45 cm wide, the fabric is suitable for curtains, fixed upholstery and bedspreads, while its 50,000 Martindale rub test supports regular upholstery use. Portland Pebble must not be washed, bleached or ironed and requires professional dry cleaning.

How to use it

Use the cool pebble-grey ground to bring quiet pattern to a bedroom or sitting room, pairing it with chalky neutrals, weathered wood and deeper charcoal accents. The restrained contrast works especially well when the fabric is used across curtains and a coordinating upholstered piece.
