About this fabric

This 300gsm fabric has a softly mottled brown surface, shifting between henna, russet and deeper chocolate tones without a visible motif. The even plain design has a 0cm vertical and 0cm horizontal pattern repeat, making it straightforward to position across a project. With a 144cm useable width and a 35m standard length, it is a practical mid-weight option for coordinated upholstery and drapery schemes. The warm, low-key colour gives larger upholstered forms a grounded appearance while retaining enough tonal variation to avoid looking stark.

How to use it

Pair Alvar Henna with aged timber, natural linen and warm ivory for an earthy, quietly layered room. Its russet-brown depth also works well on a reading chair, bench or full-length curtain where the subtle surface variation can be seen in changing light.
