Volta Zinc

Electro FabricCCF0320-03

Volta Zinc brings a cool zinc-grey ground to the Electro collection, layered with broken charcoal marks that form a dense, abstract surface pattern. Subtle lavender-grey undertones soften the contrast and give the cloth a distinctly muted, urban character.

About this fabric

This woven fabric has a 244gsm weight and a generous 280cm usable width, making it suitable for both upholstery and drapery applications. Its pattern repeats every 36cm vertically and horizontally, with irregular, fragmented zigzag and brush-like marks distributed across the grey-violet ground. The dark charcoal detailing creates depth without becoming stark, while the woven texture catches the light softly across the cooler zinc shade. Volta Zinc is supplied in a standard 30m length.

How to use it

Use Volta Zinc on a statement chair, headboard or full-length curtains where its cool grey-violet tone can sit alongside charcoal, pale timber and brushed metal. Add warmer taupe or muted lavender accessories to balance its blue-leaning zinc character.

Pair the cool zinc-grey ground with charcoal, stone or soft lavender accents for a composed modern scheme.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Volta Zinc without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
