Trinity Spice

Equinox 2 Fabric FabricCCF0316-06

Trinity Spice has a warm rust-orange ground threaded with fine cream zigzags, creating a closely textured herringbone effect across the swatch. Its spice tone reads rich and earthy, while the pale flecks keep the surface lively rather than flat.

About this fabric

This densely woven 434gsm textile has the substantial handle expected of an upholstery fabric, with a finely scaled chevron pattern visible throughout the cloth. The vertical repeat is 1.2cm and the horizontal repeat is 1.9cm, giving the rust-and-cream motif a neat, tightly controlled rhythm. Subtle variation in the orange-brown ground adds depth as the light moves across the raised weave. With a useable width of 137cm and a standard length of 40m, it is supplied in a practical format for upholstery projects.

How to use it

Use Trinity Spice on a reading chair, bench or compact sofa where its warm rust tone can anchor cream, natural wood and deep brown accents. The small-scale cream chevron also works well against larger plain cushions or quieter woven textures.

Use this warm rust-and-cream woven to bring grounded colour and fine-scale texture to upholstered seating.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Trinity Spice without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
