Milton Sage

Heritage FabricCCF0291-08

Milton Sage is a softly muted sage-green textile with a cool, greyed cast. Its close woven surface shows a fine, even grid that adds texture without introducing a printed motif.

About this fabric

The colour sits between sage and pale olive, with a restrained depth that changes subtly as light catches the woven threads. A fine crosshatched construction is visible across the face, giving this otherwise plain fabric a tactile, tailored character. At 519gsm, Milton Sage is a substantial fabric suited to upholstery rather than a lightweight curtain application. It has a 137cm usable width, a 40m standard length and no vertical or horizontal pattern repeat, making the plain surface easy to position across upholstery panels.

How to use it

Use Milton Sage on a sofa, occasional chair or dining seat where its cool, greyed green can soften wood, stone and warm neutral interiors. Keep the surrounding palette understated so the close woven texture remains the main detail.

Use this quietly greyed sage weave to bring soft colour and tailored texture to upholstery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
