About this fabric

The pale warm-grey beige ground lets the taupe-grey pattern remain detailed without becoming stark, creating a calm but richly ornamented overall effect. Large rounded blooms sit among curling leaves, paisleys and smaller clustered flowers, while the fine woven texture adds subtle visual depth beneath the drawn motifs. At 510gsm and 137cm usable width, this is a substantial fabric suited to upholstery applications. Its 63.3cm vertical repeat and 70cm horizontal repeat should be allowed for when matching the large-scale arrangement across a piece.

How to use it

Use this warm taupe colourway on a classic armchair, headboard or occasional sofa where its pale stone ground can soften darker timber and painted furniture. Pair it with plain oatmeal, muted brown or warm grey textiles to keep the ornate floral pattern composed.
