Hathi Natural

Indira Wallcoverings WallpaperCCW0159-02

Hathi Natural combines a warm cream ground with a lively procession of brown elephants, curling taupe foliage and muted blush-pink flowers. Fine dark outlines give the illustrated repeat definition while keeping the overall colourway gentle and natural.

About this wallpaper

The repeating design features decorated elephants moving among branching vines, leaves and small floral sprays, with earthy brown, taupe, dusty pink and charcoal detailing against the cream background. This colourway reads warm rather than stark, with the natural ground allowing the floral tracery and animal figures to retain a softly faded, hand-drawn character. The wallpaper has a 34.6cm vertical pattern repeat and no horizontal repeat listed, making the direction of the design clear when planning drops. Supplied at 52cm usable width and in 10.05m standard lengths, it is specified at 147gsm.

How to use it

Use Hathi Natural on all four walls where its warm cream ground can lighten the room without feeling plain, or pair it with natural timber, woven textures and muted blush accents that pick up the flowers.

Use this warm natural colourway to bring softly illustrated charm to bedrooms, studies and relaxed sitting rooms.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Hathi Natural without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
