Astral Wallpaper Oyster has a pale, warm oyster-beige ground with a finely crosshatched surface visible across the swatch. Its understated texture gives the colour gentle depth without introducing a strong printed motif.

About this fabric

The softly layered surface resembles a delicate woven grid, with fine horizontal and vertical lines creating a lightly tactile, linen-like effect. Made from 100% vinyl on a non-woven base, this wallpaper combines the quiet appearance of a natural-texture ground with a clearly defined construction. The design has an approximate vertical repeat of 64cm and horizontal repeat of 70cm. In this Oyster colourway, the warm beige tone remains pale and muted, allowing the subtle surface variation to show when light moves across it.

How to use it

Use Oyster across a bedroom, hallway or softly furnished sitting room where its warm beige cast can sit comfortably beside ivory, sand and pale timber. Keep adjoining textiles tonal so the fine crosshatch remains the detail rather than competing with it.

A softly textured oyster-beige ground for calm, lightly layered interiors.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
