Ellis Green

Hartwell FabricJ0160-06

Ellis Green shows a fine vertical stripe that reads as calm and tailored in a soft sage green palette. The narrow banding gives the fabric a crisp, orderly look without feeling stark.

About this fabric

Woven in 100% cotton, this Hartwell fabric has a light, clean handle and a neat stripe repeat of V 0cm / H 1cm approx. The swatch combines muted green with pale ground tones, creating a fresh, airy effect rather than a strong contrast. At 135cm approx. wide, it is a practical decorative cloth for schemes that want pattern without heaviness. The small-scale vertical striping keeps the surface feeling refined and works well where a measured, classic look is needed.

How to use it

Use Ellis Green on slim blinds, cushions or a tailored armchair to bring a soft botanical note into a neutral room. Its gentle sage tone sits especially well with cream paintwork, oak and brushed brass.

Pair with pale woods and linen textures for a fresh, tailored look.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
