Huxley Blush

Huxley FabricJ0294-31

Huxley Blush is a pale, even blush pink with a calm, softly dusted surface. The close-up weave gives it a quiet textile texture rather than a flat painted look.

About this fabric

This Huxley colourway reads as a light, warm blush with a slightly creamy undertone, softened further by the fine crossweave visible in the image. It is a plain fabric with no vertical or horizontal repeat, making the colour and texture the main story. The composition is 51% cotton and 49% polyester, giving it a balanced natural look with added practicality, and the approximate width is 138cm. With care code C 8 + T 3 and fire code K, it is presented as a usable decorative textile for tailored interiors. The overall effect is understated and airy, with just enough depth in the weave to stop the pink from feeling sugary.

How to use it

Use it for elegant loose covers, cushions or relaxed curtains where the blush tone can sit beside oak, plaster pinks and soft stone. It will brighten a room without sharp contrast, especially with ivory and muted taupe accents.

A gentle blush that works easily with linen, oak and warmer neutrals.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
