Huxley Coral

Huxley FabricJ0294-35

Huxley Coral is a softly muted coral fabric with a fine woven look and an easy, even surface. The colour sits between pink and peach, giving it a warm, settled feel rather than a bright summer note.

About this fabric

This Huxley fabric is composed of 51% cotton and 49% polyester, with a width of approximately 138cm and a plain repeat of V 0cm / H 0cm approx. The weave visible in the image has a subtle crosshatched texture that softens the colour and gives the cloth a calm, cloth-like finish. Huxley Coral reads as a dusty coral pink with a gentle peach undertone, so it feels warmer and less saturated than a clear pink. Its balanced cotton-polyester composition and understated surface make it a versatile decorative textile for schemes that need colour without strong pattern.

How to use it

Use Huxley Coral to bring warmth to tailored cushions, a statement armchair or Roman blinds, especially alongside pale oak, linen white or soft taupe. The muted coral tone also sits neatly with deeper terracotta accents and aged brass for a relaxed, inviting room.

A warm, muted coral that works beautifully on clean-lined upholstery or simple curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
