About this fabric

Woven in a 51% cotton and 49% polyester blend, Huxley Biscuit has the feel of an easy, versatile fabric with a calm natural look. The plain weave shows a fine slubbed texture in a warm biscuit-cream shade, giving the surface a dry, understated character rather than a glossy finish. With a width of approximately 138cm and a vertical and horizontal repeat of 0cm, it offers a clean, uncomplicated appearance that suits simple upholstery or relaxed soft furnishings. The colour sits between cream and pale beige, making it especially useful where you want warmth without heaviness. Care code C 8 + T 3 and fire code K are supplied for this exact fabric.

How to use it

Use this colourway to soften darker woods, woven textures and muted earth tones, or to keep a room feeling light while still warmer than a stark white. Its biscuit tone works especially well on casual chairs, cushions and curtains in calm, layered schemes.

A warm neutral that works as an easy backdrop for layered, natural interiors.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
