About this fabric

Woven in 51% cotton and 49% polyester, Huxley Cream has the balanced handle of a practical furnishing cloth and comes in a width of approximately 138cm. The fabric is plain with no repeat, so the focus stays on its gentle cream tone and fine woven texture rather than on pattern. In the image, the shade reads as a warm ivory with a soft, chalky luminosity that catches light subtly across the surface. With care code C 8 + T 3 and fire code K, it is a considered choice for interiors where a neat neutral is needed.

How to use it

Use Huxley Cream to soften darker woods, painted joinery or patterned layers, where its pale ivory tone will keep the scheme open and refined. It works especially well in relaxed upholstered pieces, tailored curtains or cushions that need a light, unobtrusive finish.

A clean, versatile cream that keeps a room light and polished.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
