Huxley Mink

Huxley FabricJ0294-07

Huxley Mink is a softly textured plain with a calm mink-taupe appearance and a gently warm undertone. The weave reads subtle and refined, with just enough surface interest to keep the colour from feeling flat.

About this fabric

This colourway sits in a pale mink taupe, softened by a linen-like weave that gives the surface a dry, natural look. The 51% cotton and 49% polyester composition supports its crisp but relaxed handle, while the 138cm approx width makes it practical for a wide range of interior projects. With no visible repeat, the design feels especially easy to place across upholstery or curtains where a quiet, uninterrupted field is needed. The overall effect is light, muted and slightly warm, so it sits comfortably alongside timber, plaster tones and deeper neutrals.

How to use it

Use Huxley Mink where you want a neutral that feels softer than grey but cleaner than brown. It works particularly well with oak, putty, chalk white and darker espresso accents for a layered, understated room.

A quietly elegant neutral that layers easily with warm woods, stone and deeper brown accents.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
