Huxley Oatmeal

Huxley FabricJ0294-05

Huxley Oatmeal is a soft, pale neutral with a gentle warm cream cast and a fine, linen-like surface. Its finish feels calm and understated, with just enough texture to keep the colourway from reading flat.

About this fabric

Woven in 51% Cotton and 49% Polyester, this Huxley colourway has the easy handle of a practical blend and a restrained, natural-looking texture. The fabric is approximately 138cm wide, with no vertical or horizontal repeat, which makes the oatmeal tone read as a clean, continuous field across a sofa or curtain drop. In the image, the shade sits between cream and beige, with a softly mottled weave that catches the light rather than reflecting it sharply. Care code C 8 + T 3 and fire code K are supplied for this exact fabric.

How to use it

Use Huxley Oatmeal to soften darker timbers, pale oak furniture and stone-toned upholstery schemes. Its warm, quiet colour also layers well with white, taupe and muted green accents.

A soft, versatile neutral that works beautifully across upholstery and curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
