About this fabric

This Jasper fabric by Jane Churchill is composed of 53% viscose, 23% linen, 14% acrylic and 10% cotton, with an approximate width of 152cm and a repeat of V 3cm / H 4cm. The surface reads as a cool, pale charcoal rather than a deep black, so the motif feels precise and architectural without becoming harsh. Its closely spaced rhombus-and-chevron structure creates a subtle directional effect, while the mixed fibres give the cloth a dry, lightly textured handle. With its smart scale and balanced body, it is well suited to upholstery and also works comfortably for curtains where a neat geometric is desired.

How to use it

Use it on a club chair, headboard or dining seats to bring quiet pattern into a neutral scheme. The muted charcoal tone pairs especially well with pale oak, stone, ink blue and brushed metal finishes.

A restrained geometric that works well on tailored upholstery or quiet drapes.
