About this fabric

This Kelsea fabric from Colefax and Fowler is woven in 49% viscose, 45% linen and 6% polyester, with a width of approximately 138cm and no repeat, so the emphasis stays on colour and handle rather than pattern. In Conway Tomato, the surface reads as a mottled tomato red softened by linen flecks, so it feels earthy rather than glossy or bright. The weave has a dry, lightly slubbed texture that catches the light unevenly and adds depth across the cloth. With its smart, grounded colour and straightforward structure, it is well suited to upholstery where a rich red tone is wanted without a heavy formal finish.

How to use it
