Jenson Red

Jenson Linen FabricF4773-11

Jenson Red is a finely worked linen with a tight herringbone-like surface in a warm, muted red. The tiny repeat gives the cloth a calm, textural look rather than a bold statement pattern.

About this fabric

Woven in 100% linen, this Jenson Linen colourway has a close, regular zigzag structure with a vertical repeat of 0cm and a horizontal repeat of approximately 1cm. The 144cm width makes it a practical furnishing fabric, while the visible weave reads as dry, tactile, and neatly tailored. Jenson Red shows as a softened terracotta red rather than a bright primary shade, with darker threads lending depth and a slightly rustic finish. The overall effect is smart but relaxed, and the care code Q 8 + T 3 and BM fire rating are supplied for specification purposes.

How to use it

Use this red linen on an occasional chair, banquette, or tailored cushion where the small-scale pattern can add texture without competing with other fabrics. Its warm, earthy tone works especially well with oak, tan leather, and chalky neutrals.

A crisp small-scale red weave that adds warmth without overpowering a room.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
