Branton Red

Kruger P/BK FabricF3832-02

Branton Red brings a warm brick-red ground with pale, sandy lines that form a crisp herringbone stripe across the cloth. The effect is lively but grounded, with a woven texture that feels tailored rather than glossy.

About this fabric

This colourway of Kruger P/BK has a rich brick-red base lifted by lighter oatmeal and sand-toned yarns, giving the stripe pattern clear contrast without looking harsh. The surface reads dry and tactile, with the visible weave adding depth and a slightly rustic finish. Supplied at approximately 140cm wide, it is composed of 44% cotton, 37% viscose, 14% polyester and 5% linen, with a vertical and horizontal repeat of 0cm approx, indicating a straight, non-repeating stripe layout. The overall look is smart and heritage-led, with enough structure for upholstery and enough softness in the blend for curtains or blinds.

How to use it

Use Branton Red on an armchair, dining chair or ottoman to bring colour without losing the disciplined feel of the herringbone. It also works well as a blind or full-length drape in rooms with oak, leather or painted neutrals.

A warm, textural red that works well on tailored upholstery or lined drapes.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
