About this fabric

This 100% non-woven wallpaper pairs a muted coral-red ground with densely layered peonies, smaller blossoms, leafy branches and a central long-tailed bird. Cream, dusty pink, indigo-blue, olive green and ochre details break through the red, giving the large-scale scene a richly aged, painterly depth. The pattern has a 70.5cm vertical half-drop repeat and approximately 68.5cm horizontal repeat, allowing the branches and floral clusters to shift naturally across the wall. The supplied specification lists no performance features for this wallpaper.

How to use it

Use Jardine Wallpaper Red in a dining room, study or bedroom where its warm coral ground can sit alongside dark wood, olive upholstery and small touches of indigo. Keep neighbouring finishes comparatively quiet so the cream peonies, blue flowers and bird remain legible.

Pair the warm coral-red ground with aged timber, olive green and indigo accents.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Jardine Wallpaper Red without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
