Marchwood Wallpaper Old Blue

Jardine Florals W/P Wallpaper07976-07

Marchwood Wallpaper Old Blue shows large, pale magnolia-like blooms and slender branching stems across a softly muted blue-green ground. The cool, quiet background lets the ivory petals and warm tan foliage read clearly without feeling stark.

About this fabric

The blue-green ground has a gentle, softened quality, sitting between dusty blue and pale sage rather than reading as a strong saturated blue. Large ivory-white flowers are spaced across the design, with fine tan stems, ochre leaves and lightly shaded brown details adding warmth and depth. The floral drawing has a composed, botanical character, while the restrained colour contrast keeps the overall impression calm and airy. Made from 100% paper, this wallpaper has a vertical repeat of 61cm with a half drop and an approximate horizontal repeat of 52cm.

How to use it

Use this cool Old Blue colourway to bring a restful botanical backdrop to a bedroom, sitting room or reading space, balancing it with warm neutrals and natural timber.

Pair the cool blue-green ground with warm ivory, natural wood and softly aged brass.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
