Lazare Grege

Lazare FabricM4131-03

Lazare Grege is a softly luminous plain silk with a pale greige cast and a gentle natural sheen. Its surface reads smooth and refined, with just enough slub and texture to keep the finish from feeling flat.

About this fabric

Woven in 100% silk, Lazare Grege has a fine, fluid handle and a lightly tactile surface that catches the light in soft horizontal striations. The cloth is approximately 138cm wide and has no repeat, making it especially easy to use for clean-lined window treatments and tailored schemes. In this colourway, the shade sits between warm cream and muted grey-beige, giving it a calm, understated depth rather than a bright ivory brightness. The overall effect is polished and luxurious, with the subtle movement in the weave becoming more visible as the light shifts across the fabric.

How to use it

Use this pale greige silk for floor-length curtains, Roman blinds or sheers layered beneath heavier drapes. Its restrained tone works beautifully with limed woods, plaster pinks and soft stone neutrals.

A quiet pale greige silk that suits elegant curtains and soft decorative upholstery accents.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
