About this fabric

Woven in 60% viscose, 25% cotton, 8% linen and 7% polyester, Marzac Ivoire has a refined matte-lustre that catches the light in a restrained, even way. The small-scale linear pattern sits close to the cloth, creating a calm striped effect rather than a bold motif. At approximately 144cm wide with a vertical repeat of 20cm and horizontal repeat of 36cm, it is a versatile cloth for tailored interiors. The pale ivory tone feels warm and clean rather than stark, making the texture visible while keeping the overall impression light and understated.

How to use it

Use this ivory colourway on a pared-back armchair, bench or cushions where the subtle texture can lift a neutral scheme. It also works beautifully for curtains in rooms that need a softer, brighter finish without introducing a strong colour.

Use to bring a calm, refined brightness to tailored upholstery or elegant curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
