About this fabric

Woven in a 68% linen, 24% viscose and 8% polyester composition, this fabric has a dry, natural-looking base with a refined embroidered surface that catches the light in the coloured motifs. The 128cm approx width and repeat of V 78cm / H 128cm approx suit statement curtains or decorative upholstery projects where the large floral layout can be shown to advantage. In this colourway, the cream background keeps the design airy, while fuchsia, coral, gold and soft sage accents give the pattern a bright but softened warmth. Care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code √BM are supplied for this exact fabric.

How to use it

Pair Colombe Ambre with pale oak, aged brass and linen neutrals for a layered scheme that feels fresh rather than heavy. It works especially well in rooms that need pattern and colour, but still benefit from the softness of a cream ground.

Use it to bring lively colour over a calm base, especially with walnut, brass or painted timber.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
