Hadi Epices brings a richly coloured damask-style pattern to a softly textured linen ground. The cream base lets the spice tones and jewel accents stand out with a lively, tapestry-like effect.

About this fabric

Woven in 100% linen, this fabric has a natural, slightly slubby surface that gives the design a relaxed but decorative finish. The repeat is large at approximately V 108cm / H 68cm, which suits the bold mirrored motif visible across the cloth. Warm terracotta, saffron, blush and plum tones sit over a pale ground, creating a vivid but not heavy look. With a width of approximately 136cm and no performance features noted, Hadi Epices feels best used for decorative applications where colour and pattern are the focus.

How to use it

This colourway works beautifully in rooms that need warmth and movement, especially on full-length curtains where the large repeat can be shown to best effect. Pair it with plaster pinks, aged brass and linen neutrals to keep the palette rich rather than overpowering.

Use where you want a vivid statement with a soft linen handle and antique-inspired richness.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
