About this fabric

This Manuel Canovas fabric has a restrained small-scale woven appearance that reads as airy and refined rather than bold. In Montaigne Argent, the pale stone-cream ground is lifted by tiny darker flecks and a neat linear texture, creating a dry, tactile look. The cloth is composed of 57% Cotton, 31% Polyester and 12% Acrylic, with a width of approximately 140cm and a repeat of V 5cm / H 4cm approx. With no performance features noted, it is best chosen for projects where the fabric's soft neutral tone and crisp weave can be appreciated up close.

How to use it

Use this cool cream colourway to soften darker timber, bronze and charcoal finishes, or to bring a quieter note to layered neutral schemes. Its small woven texture works especially well on neat upholstery pieces, roman blinds and relaxed drapery where the surface detail will be visible.

A calm neutral with a neat woven texture, ideal for tailored upholstery or relaxed curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
