About this fabric

This fabric from the Montaigne collection by Manuel Canovas is composed of 57% Cotton, 31% Polyester and 12% Acrylic, with a width of approximately 140cm and a repeat of V 5cm / H 4cm approx. The swatch shows a closely woven grid effect with fine slubs and flecks that lift the surface, so the brown tone feels layered rather than flat. Its overall shade sits between coffee and taupe, with lighter threads softening the depth and giving it a dry, woven finish. With care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code K, it offers a practical specification for decorative use as well as furnishing applications.

How to use it

Use this moka tone on a sofa or occasional chair where you want warmth and texture without a heavy visual block. It also works well in a room with stone, oak or linen tones, where the lighter threads will pick up the surrounding neutrals.

A warm moka weave that adds depth without overwhelming a scheme.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
