About this fabric

This colourway reads as a restrained blue-grey with a soft, weathered depth, the darker threads forming a neat small check across the surface. The weave has a lightly textured, almost linen-like appearance that keeps the design from feeling flat, while the pale ground lifts the overall effect. It is supplied in a 140cm width and composed of 57% Cotton, 31% Polyester and 12% Acrylic, giving it a practical balanced handle. The repeat measures approximately V 5cm and H 4cm, so the pattern will sit neatly on cushions, chairs or curtain panels without feeling too dominant. Care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code K are also specified for this fabric.

How to use it

Use Montaigne Nuit where you want a crisp blue accent that still feels calm, such as tailored seating, Roman blinds or scatter cushions. Its cool tone pairs especially well with chalk white, soft grey and smoked oak.

A crisp, quiet check that works well on tailored upholstery or relaxed curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
