About this fabric

This 100% cotton fabric has an approximate width of 135cm and a vertical repeat of 69cm, so the illustrated landscape repeats on a generous scale. The print shows a lively toile-style scene with elephants, palm trees, foliage and small architectural details in soft ivory and taupe tones. Against the vivid sky-blue background, the design feels fresh rather than heavy, with the pale motifs sitting almost chalkily on the surface. The overall effect is crisp and decorative, while the cotton base keeps it grounded as a practical fabric for curtains or occasional upholstery. Care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code √BM are supplied for this exact colourway.

How to use it

Its bright blue ground works well in rooms that need a lift, especially with pale woods, painted whites and sandy neutrals. Pair it with clean-lined upholstery so the detailed scene remains the focal point.

Use it for curtains or feature upholstery where the bright blue ground can show off the toile-style scenes.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
