About this fabric

This Montaigne fabric by Manuel Canovas is composed of 75% Cotton, 17% Polyester, 7% Acrylic and 1% Polyamide, with a width of approximately 138cm. The swatch shows a fine, evenly woven surface with a subtle linen-like texture and no visible repeat. Its aqua colouring is muted by a veil of grey, giving it a calm, coastal feel rather than a vivid turquoise note. The slight tonal variation across the weave adds depth without introducing any pattern, making it easy to use in larger upholstered pieces or soft window treatments. Care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code √BM are supplied for this exact fabric.

How to use it

Use this soft aqua to cool down oak, pale plaster and chalky neutrals, or pair it with crisp white for a light, Mediterranean feel. It is especially effective on slim upholstery shapes and relaxed curtains where the gentle texture can be seen up close.

A fresh aqua tone that works beautifully for tailored cushions, relaxed upholstery or light curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
