Montaigne FabricM4194-04

Olmo Indigo shows a finely striped surface in a cool, pale indigo blue, softened by lighter threads that keep the overall look fresh. The pattern reads as neat and understated rather than bold, with a crisp woven texture visible throughout.

About this fabric

This Montaigne fabric by Manuel Canovas is woven in 100% cotton and has an approximate width of 140cm, with a repeat of V 1cm / H 2cm. In this Olmo Indigo colourway, the tiny vertical striping creates a calm, tailored effect, with soft blue tones lifted by narrow lighter lines. The weave has a clear, textural definition that gives the cloth a clean, slightly dry handle in appearance. Care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code √BM are both supplied for this exact fabric.

How to use it

The cool indigo and pale ground work well in rooms that need a restrained touch of colour, especially against white joinery, ash wood, or brushed metal. It would suit neat upholstery, Roman blinds, or slim curtains where the stripe can stay crisp and unobtrusive.

Use for tailored upholstery or crisp curtains where the fine stripe can add a quiet, nautical edge.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
