Java Ecru

Java FabricM4150-01

Java Ecru shows a finely mottled, all-over pattern in warm ecru, biscuit and softly glinting gold. The effect is light and textural, with the motif reading as an airy speckle rather than a strong contrast design.

About this fabric

Woven in 56% viscose and 44% cotton, this Fabric has a refined handle and a softly structured look that suits both furnishing and decorative use. The small-scale abstract pattern is set in warm ecru with honeyed gold accents, giving the cloth a gentle luminosity rather than a flat beige finish. With a repeat of approximately V 46cm and H 34cm and a width of approximately 136cm, Java Ecru offers a balanced, usable scale for larger upholstery pieces or tailored drapery. The overall impression is creamy and sunlit, with enough tonal movement to add interest while staying calm and versatile.

How to use it

Use Java Ecru to soften seating, headboards or upholstered panels where you want warmth without heavy colour. Its pale ecru ground works particularly well with natural woods, brushed brass and textured linens.

A warm, softly patterned neutral that brings texture without overpowering a room.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
