Pavillon de Bidaine Corail

Jalore Fabric01286-02

Pavillon de Bidaine Corail brings the Jalore design to life on a soft coral ground, scattered with painterly blossom, birds and twisting branches. The palette feels warm, airy and gently aged rather than bright.

About this fabric

This fabric is 100% cotton with a width of approximately 126cm and a large repeat of V 136cm half drop / H 126cm approx, so the scale of the branches and birds is part of its appeal. The ground reads as a pale coral-cream, giving the design a sun-washed warmth while allowing the flowers to show in stronger pinks, terracotta, dusty blue and lilac. The hand visible in the image looks like a smooth printed cotton rather than a heavy weave, which supports its use on both upholstery and drapery. Care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code √BM are supplied for this exact fabric.

How to use it

Pair it with matte timber, rattan and plain linens to keep the coral tone relaxed and fresh. It also works well against chalky neutrals, where the birds and blossoms become the room’s main colour accent.

Use with warm woods and simple shapes so the painterly branches can stay the focus.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
