Sansha Abricot

Jalore FabricM4177-04

Sansha Abricot brings a bright apricot-orange ground to the Jalore collection, lifted by pale toile-style vignettes and trailing florals. The overall effect is lively and sun-warmed, with the pattern reading clearly against the saturated background.

About this fabric

Woven in 100% Organic Cotton, this fabric is a decorative 140cm-wide textile with an approximate 58cm vertical repeat and a horizontal repeat of 140cm. The surface shows a crisp, matt cotton handle rather than sheen, which suits the printed pastoral and floral motifs scattered across the apricot ground. Cream and soft pink-beige detailing keep the design readable while softening the orange into a gentler, more usable shade. The result is a lively fabric with a smart, slightly vintage character that still feels fresh.

How to use it

Use it for statement curtains, cushions or occasional upholstery where you want the apricot ground to add warmth without overwhelming the room. It works especially well with ivory, sand and light timber finishes, which let the toile figures and floral outlines remain crisp.

Pair with warm neutrals and pale woods to let the lively apricot ground and toile details stand out.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
