Leni Mandarine

Malfa Fabric04914-04

Leni in Mandarine is shown here as a bright, even orange with a soft coral warmth and a finely textured surface. The colour reads fresh rather than neon, with a gentle chalky softness across the weave.

About this fabric

This Malfa fabric is woven in 100% polypropylene and has no visible repeat, so the mandarine colour appears uninterrupted across the surface. At approximately 158cm wide, it offers a practical cloth for larger upholstery runs, and the C 8 + W 3 care code adds useful everyday flexibility. The close weave gives the swatch a crisp, compact look, while the orange tone sits between tangerine and coral for a lively but not overly glossy finish. It feels especially suited to pieces where the colour is meant to carry the room rather than disappear into the background.

How to use it

Use this shade on a bench, accent chair or ottoman where its warm orange can punctuate a neutral scheme. It pairs well with pale linen, natural wood and muted olive or terracotta accents.

A cheerful warm orange that works beautifully on simple upholstered forms.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
