Seabreeze Gull
Longwood FabricL9396-02
Seabreeze Gull is a softly washed ivory fabric with a gentle, breezy depth that reads calm and light in the folds. The surface has the look of a fine silk-linen cloth, with subtle texture catching the light rather than a strong weave statement.

About this fabric
Woven in 52% silk and 48% linen, this Longwood colourway has an airy, refined handle that suits loose, fluid dressing and softly gathered curtains. The cloth appears pale ivory with a faint warm undertone, so it feels brighter than beige but less sharp than white. In the image, the texture shows a delicate slub and a quiet horizontal grain that gives the surface movement without any printed repeat; the supplied repeat is vertical 0cm / horizontal 0cm approx. At 295cm wide, it is well suited to wide drops and full-length drapery, while the Q 8 + T 3 care code and Z fire code provide the practical specification details for specification-led projects.
How to use it
Use this colourway where you want light to filter through softly, especially against pale timber, chalky paintwork or sandy neutrals. Its cool-warm ivory tone works particularly well in relaxed coastal, contemporary classic or pared-back country schemes.
A softly luminous curtain fabric that brings a calm, coastal warmth to windows.

Pairs well with
Seabreeze Gull is a quiet cloth, so it carries a pattern beside it: one of these on the curtains and this on the chair. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
