Fog Clay

Moonrise FabricL9340-02

Fog Clay shows a gentle clay-cream tone with a soft, misted quality that reads warm rather than stark. The surface has a subtle woven texture that catches the light quietly across the full-width drape.

About this fabric

This colourway in Larsen’s Moonrise collection is made from 99% linen and 1% polyester, with a repeat of approximately V 2cm / H 2cm and an extra-wide width of around 310cm. In the image, the fabric appears as a pale, foggy beige with a trace of warm clay, giving it a softened, chalky warmth instead of a bright ivory finish. The small-scale texture is visible even in the folds, adding gentle depth and a natural linen character to the surface. With care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code Z noted, it is a practical decorative textile for large expanses where a quiet, lived-in neutral is wanted.

How to use it

Use Fog Clay for full-length curtains, relaxed Roman blinds or soft upholstery pieces where a calm neutral backdrop is needed. Its warm, muted tone pairs especially well with timber, plaster pinks and other low-contrast earthy finishes.

A softly textured neutral that brings warmth without weight, ideal for calm layered interiors.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
